Hey. We are a small team, dedicated into artisan keycap crafting. All the resin keycaps are hand-painted/crafted by our own. We never forget our inicial passion and love towards craftsmanship. Supplies, raw material, and painting skills once were some of the biggest challenge of ours. Thanks to the motivation, we have overcame them, putting our efforts into making better keycaps appropriately, in an environmental friendly way.

We use oil-painting tricks on our own keycaps. Every artisan keycap is unique. It is impossible for us to make or paint two keycaps in the exactly same way. This means, each keycap you receive is the one and only in the whole world. Although we might never be able to make them collectable and resellable just like action figures, in our wildest dreams, you might decorate your desk at home with our keycap and showcase, making our keycaps a part of your life.

Well, basically artisan keycaps are just one form of keycaps used on mechanical keyboards. The unique feature of artisan keycaps is that they are designed in different shapes and colors, to distinguish your keyboard from others'. Normally, after installing an artisan keycap to your keyboard, it might be hard to type (some of our keys can do the trick, like the arrow keys). BUT it makes your keyboard cooler(we sincerely hope so)!

Nah. You can only put these bad boys on hot-swap mechanical keyboards, with Cherry MX switches(if you check the top of the MX switch, you will see a cross). Sadly, some mechanical keyboards with unique switches are not suitable for now, such as Logitech G. We are working on developing new stems for wider fit-in. Other types of keyboards would not be possible to use the aritsan keycaps, such as membrane ones.

Switches made by CHERRY with Linear style and a cross stem. Both RGB-friendly and non-friendly. They provide fast reaction to each type press, which is great for gamers and typers for frecuent and rapid double taps or triples.

Please check the layout of your current keyboard. There are certain keys which should be paid attention, such as backspace, tab, capslock, enter, shift, ctrl, win, alt, fn and menu. These keys have special sizes, not 1u. On some special keyboards, you will even find special length of some keys, to be fit better in the smaller size of the keyboard than a standard layout.

For single artisan keycaps:

We recommend to put our 1u-size keycap on the function row (F1-F12), or nav cluster row (Print Scrn, Scroll Lock, Pause, etc.), and last but not lest, Esc key. Some artisan keycaps we made are with a larger dimension, and are better to be put on a keyboard without a top case.

If you are using a mechanical keyboard, all keys on it are removable. To avoid possible damange while removing the keys, please remember to use a wire keycap puller during the whole progress.

Check the keycap mods on both sides of spacebar.

A: 3 x 1.25u on the left, 4 x 1.25u on the right: you have a 6.25u spacebar.

B: 1.5u - 1u - 1.5u both on the left and right: you have a 7u spacebar.

C: 1.5u - 1u - 1.5u on the left, 1.5 u - 2 x 1u - 1.5u on the right: you have a 6u spacebar.

For real. We take the craftsmanship seriously. each artisan keycap requires several layers to color, and 3 layers of protection. In all, it takes at least 7 days for each keycap to be completely ready and done. Please be patient with each order under progress, and we promise to send the keycap to you as soon as it is done.

Normally it takes 7-10 days to complete the producing procedure. Please kindly wait with a little patience. We are a small studio with passion for craftsmanship, but since all resin keycaps of us are 100% hand-made/painted and it really takes time to make them by hand, we really appreciate your patience.

Sincere apologies first. Unlike other finish goods which can be mass-produced, artisan keycaps are quite different. The best way for now is to make the keycap with the order placed first, as we are a small studio with limited hands available. The "in stock" sign shown on product page means we have all the raw materials ready to craft at once. Based on the order number, we will make your keycap as soon as possible, we promise.

Yes. We ship to most countries and regions, as long as the receiving direcction is allowed by international mailing and delivery.

After the keycap is ready, we will send it out the same day. It takes 2-3 days for the parcel to arrive at airport, then it will take 15-25 days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep, depending on international traffic and local parcel delivery procedure, which is sadly beyond our reach. Please kindly remain patient. Thank you.

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with order ID. Please check your inbox and spam folder with the order ID. Thanks.

First of all, please ask your roommate, nextdoor friend or other guys living with you, to see if there was a parcel. You can also call the local delivery company for more details of this parcel. Also, you can always contact our support team, and we are always ready to solve the problem with you together. Send us message via our Contact page, please.

First of all, we really hope it won't happen to anyone, but since we can't control the whole delivery progress, what we can do is to extra strenthen the delivery box and choose the best international delivery company as we can. If by chance you receive a broken parcel, please open it first to see if the keycap is still okay. Our showcase box is really strong, and since the keycap is made with resin or metal, it's not easy to be broken, if no one takes it out and break it with bare hands (we really hope it never happens).

For most of the products, our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For limitations and circumstances (such as pre-orders), of which refund would not be an option, please review our refund policy for details.

First of all, we check every parcel before it is sent out from our studio. If by any chance, situation likewise happens, please contact us via Contact Page, and we will respond to you as soon as possible, within 3 working days.
